Terms of [ INHABER_NAME ] , valid from 01.01.2005
I. Payment
1 Services of [ INHABER_NAME ] are generally charged according to the current price list , as well as travel and other expenses . Deviating agreements requirements in writing.
2 Prices are exclusive of VAT .
3 All invoice amounts are due immediately and without deduction .
II Liability
1 Excluded from liability by [ INHABER_NAME ] customer claims arising from negligence when the contract is concluded , from positive breach or non-contractual liability , unless such damage is intentional or grossly negligent conduct of [ INHABER_NAME ] in particular are due .
2 The customer is always responsible for the security of all data. The loss or corruption of data is not considered damage.
3 A liability of [ INHABER_NAME ] for damage caused by data loss or failure to provide services under the "Other Service Contracts" is generally excluded.
III . Other
The client agrees that [ INHABER_NAME ] stores of personal -related data according to the Data Protection Act and processed.
IV Severability
Should individual provisions of the contract including these regulations be wholly or partially invalid, or should the contract contain a loophole , the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions . Instead of the invalid or missing provisions, the respective legal regulations .
